What does SHRINK SLEEVE DECORATION mean?
Shrink Sleeves are labels made of a plastic material that shrinks when it is heated.
What are they like?
They are tubular plastic films that are just a few micrometres thick (1,000 micrometres = 1 millimetre). High-definition graphics are printed on them.
How does the process work?
The pots that need to be decorated are put in line and automatically slipped into tubular plastic films, which are heated with steam or hot air and then shrink, adhering perfectly to the sides of the containers.
When should the technology be used?
When you want to boost the visibility of products and cover all of the surfaces of their containers with graphics, even if they have complex and irregular shapes.
When you want to create tamper-evident seals, for example by wrapping a film around a container and its lid.
When you want bright graphics that are resistant to wear and scratches, because they are printed on the inner side of the film.
Eco-friendly
The labels used with SHRINK SLEEVE printing systems are made of the same material as the containers, which simplifies waste sorting at home and makes it easier and cheaper to recycle and dispose of the products.
The labels are attached without the use of glues that are highly polluting and harmful to the environment.
The materials used are 100% recyclable.

We have been working in this field for years, but we are still fascinated by the sight of production lines at work. There is something MAGICAL, HYPNOTIC and MUSICAL about it that we would like to share with you. Take a look at the video.
