Throughout SAF BIANCO’s many years in business, everything has always revolved around one family.
Domenico BIANCO was a specialist lathe operator at the biggest mechanical engineering company in the Italian town of Schio. In 1936 he decided to leave Italy so that he could experience life in another country.
He travelled to Brussels, where he immediately found a job thanks to his turning skills.
SAF BIANCO is now a leading name in superior plastic packaging design and production.

We present designs using 3D rendering for photorealistic pictures, as well as 3D digital sketches that illustrate new solutions in less detail.
No leaps of imagination are required and there will be no room for doubt in your mind because you will be given clear previews of your new packs, complete with your graphic designs and your products inside.
We make life-size prototypes of the chosen solutions using 3D printing technology. They can be transparent or coloured. The thickness is the same as it would be in the final product, so that you can touch the packaging and assess its appearance and practical qualities.
You can fill the prototypes up to check the volumes, test them on your lines, decorate them and assess their appearances and size impressions on the shelves.
Once a project gets the green light from a client, the product engineering process and the final technical drawings are completed. They can then be used to give a detailed account of the production costs for the new item and make a pilot mould for a pre-production run and then a final mould.
The conception and product engineering times for a new product designed by the SAF BIANCO team are extremely fast because the creative and technical processes take place in tandem from the very beginning.
Consequently, there are no surprises, delays, designs that are visually appealing but infeasible, or designs that are technically flawless but unattractive.
